My concierge psychotherapy practice offers personalized, flexible, and confidential care tailored to busy individuals and families. Drawing from extensive clinical experience across ER, inpatient, PHP, outpatient, and home health settings, along with my background as a Division I athlete and coach, I help clients build resilience, confidence, connection, and meaningful growth.
Some days getting to an office just is not realistic. Virtual sessions let us meet through a secure video platform no matter where you are logging in from, whether that is a break at work, your own living room, or a quiet corner of the home. The conversation carries the same weight and the same care as it would sitting across from each other, just without the drive.
Some of the best conversations happen outside four walls. We can roll, stroll, or walk the trails at First Landing State Park or sit by the water, letting nature slow the pace enough to help you think clearly. Conversations tend to unfold naturally while collecting shells or spotting wildlife, with no waiting rooms, no stale coffee, and no fluorescent lighting standing between us.

Abby truly made us feel we were her only clients and tailored her approach to what worked well with our girls, individually. She established a great rapport with each of them and developed a foundation so they knew they had someone they could turn to if/when they needed someone objective to listen to them. By the end of my daughter's first appt., she and Abby were doing handstands together against the wall.

One of Abby's quotes that always sticks with me is.." Don't worry, this is not my first rodeo..I know how to wade through all the b.s. and garbage". If you are looking for someone stupid, or someone to lie to, or to b.s.....then find someone else! Abigail is extremely intelligent. She has so much care, compassion, and understanding. But, she will tell you if you are " out of bounds".

Abigail is one of the most devoted therapist I have ever worked with and has been very supportive and helpful to our family. Abigail is a true blessing.
- David R.
She is a talented, gifted, experienced and knowledgeable therapist. Abby communicates with us when help is needed and has also taken the time to update us when things are going well. That is rare. She truly cares about her patients and they adore her as well. We have been so lucky to have her on the Eastern Shore. She is my first choice for most patients that need therapy.

I have seen a handful of Therapists over the years and Abby is, by far, the most caring, helpful, professional, kind hearted one that I have had the privilege to work with.
Life happens, so I ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less notice, missed appointments, and late arrivals are each charged the full session fee, since that time is held for you alone.
Individual sessions, whether in the office, outdoors, or online, are $295 and due at the time of your appointment. Rates stay consistent across virtual and nature-based formats.
I do not accept insurance, and that is intentional. Working outside insurance means no diagnosis requirement, no outside review of your file, and more say in how often we meet and what we focus on.
Insurance requires a diagnosis and ongoing documentation, and it hands treatment decisions to criteria that have nothing to do with you specifically.
Working outside that system means we decide together how often we meet, how we pace things, and what we focus on. It also means your information stays between us.
I offer concierge-style support between sessions too, for the moments that cannot wait until our next appointment. I know this is not accessible for everyone, and I hold that with care.
Trauma-focused therapy addresses how past experiences continue to affect your present. Together, we build coping skills, process difficult experiences at a safe pace, and work toward a greater sense of stability and self-understanding.
Yes. I offer both virtual sessions and nature-based therapy for anyone drawn to a more holistic, outdoor approach, and we can talk through what setting feels most supportive for you.
The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We will talk about what brings you in and what you are hoping for. There is no pressure to share everything at once.
If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready to understand yourself better, therapy can help. You do not need to be in crisis to benefit. Many people come for clarity, growth, or support through a life transition.
Maybe These Will Help
Reaching out for support is a meaningful step, and I want it to feel grounded, not rushed. Send a message, ask a question, or book a time, whatever feels most comfortable. You do not need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. Just starting the connection is enough.
